Driveways & Walkways
Pressure washing lifts salt film, algae, and grime off concrete driveways and walkways — the surfaces that take the most direct hit from ocean air and daily traffic.
SALT DOESN'T RINSE OFF ON ITS OWN
Pressure washing and paver cleaning for homes, condos, and rental properties in Cocoa Beach, where salt air and pool traffic build up faster than almost anywhere else in the county.
Pressure washing in Cocoa Beach
Cocoa Beach sits right on the ocean, and that means everything outside — driveways, pool decks, lanai screens, siding — collects a fine film of salt that regular rain doesn't fully rinse away. On top of that, a lot of homes here turn over as vacation rentals, so the exterior has to look right for the next set of guests, not just presentable. We wash driveways, pool decks, walkways, and house exteriors to cut through that salt film and the algae that grows in shaded, humid corners near the water.
Flatwork — driveways, pool decks, walkways — gets pressure washed to lift salt residue, sunscreen buildup, and green algae. Siding, soffits, and screen enclosures get soft-washed instead, low pressure with a cleaning solution, so we're not driving water behind stucco or blowing out screen mesh. If your pool deck or driveway is paver, washing alone only gets you halfway — blasting strips the joint sand out from between them, so we follow with re-sanding and sealing to keep salt from working back into the joints.
What that looks like here
Pressure washing lifts salt film, algae, and grime off concrete driveways and walkways — the surfaces that take the most direct hit from ocean air and daily traffic.
Low-pressure soft-wash for siding, soffits, and screen enclosures — cuts mildew and salt buildup without forcing water behind panels or blowing out any screen mesh in the process.
Pool deck pavers get washed, re-sanded, and sealed as one job — not just rinsed — so the clean actually holds up to pool chemicals and salt air.
By the numbers
The Brevard County tax roll counts 3,065 single-family homes in Cocoa Beach. The typical one was built in 1963, and about 89% were built before 2000.
Older homes mean older driveways, walks and pool decks, and years of mildew and irrigation staining that a garden hose will not move.

Local questions
Salt air and pool chemicals speed up buildup here more than inland, so most driveways and pool decks in Cocoa Beach need attention more often than a typical Central Florida yard. We'll look at your specific exposure — how close you are to the water, how much shade you get — and give you a straight answer instead of a generic schedule.
Not by itself. Pressure washing pulls the grime out, but it also pulls sand out of the joints between pavers. If we don't re-sand and seal afterward, the joints stay open and salt, sand, and moisture work right back in. We treat the wash as step one, not the finish.
Both, but not the same way. Concrete and pavers get pressure washed. Siding, soffits, and screened areas get soft-washed — low pressure with a cleaning solution — so we're not forcing water behind panels or blowing out screens.
