Who this covers

This policy covers Groundworks Pavers & Turf (“we”, “us”) and this website. We are a paver installation, paver cleaning and sealing, pressure washing and artificial turf contractor working in Brevard County, Florida.

What we collect

Only what you type or upload. When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address or area you want worked on, any photos you choose to attach, and any notes you write. If you call or text us we keep the phone number and the content of that conversation. Our web host records ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the site.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel and Google tag)

This site runs the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It loads on every page and tells Meta which pages you viewed and whether you submitted a booking request, so we can measure whether our ads are working and show them to people like you. It stores a cookie in your browser for this purpose. We do not send Meta your name, phone number, email or address. You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, in your browser's cookie settings, or with any ad blocker — blocking it does not affect the booking form or any part of this site.

This site also runs the Google tag for Google Ads conversion tracking. It loads on every page and tells Google when a visit that started from one of our Google ads leads to an estimate request or a tap on our phone number, so we can measure whether those ads are working. It may store cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email or address. You can limit this at myadcenter.google.com, in your browser's cookie settings, or with any ad blocker — blocking it does not affect the booking form or any part of this site.

What we do NOT do

We do not run session recording. We do not buy or sell personal information for money. We do not share the details you type into the booking form — your name, phone, email, address and photos — with advertisers.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare and discuss your estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and keep records of jobs we have quoted or completed. Nothing more.

Photos you send us

Photos you attach to an estimate request are used to understand the job and prepare a price. We will not publish a photo of your property in our gallery, on social media, or in any advertising without asking you first. If you would like a photo deleted, tell us and we will delete it.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call and text you about your request and your appointment — including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who make the business run — our website host, our email provider, and our phone and text messaging provider — and only so they can deliver those services to us. We also share information where the law requires it. That is the entire list.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and job records are kept for as long as we may need them for the work, our accounts, and our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (321) 586-9227. We will need to confirm who you are before we act on the request.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site does not track visitors across websites in the first place, we take no separate action when we receive one.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
