Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Groundworks Pavers & Turf.

Estimates are not prices

Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. Figures, ranges and examples on this site are general information only. Every job is different. A real price comes only from a written estimate after we have looked at the actual space, and it is only binding once both sides have agreed to it in writing.

Booking an estimate

Requesting an estimate books a visit, not the work. We will confirm the appointment with you. Either of us can reschedule — tell us as early as you can. Requesting an estimate does not create a contract for any work.

The AI yard preview

The preview tool on this site produces a computer-generated visualisation. It is an idea of what a space could look like — not a design, not a plan, not a promise of a result, and not a quote. Materials, colours, layout, drainage and site conditions all change what is actually possible and what it actually costs. Do not rely on a preview image when making a decision; rely on the written estimate.

Photos in our gallery

Photographs of finished work on this site are of real jobs. Where a photo is marked as showing a before alongside a finished result, and the site says that before is a visualisation, it is a computer-generated reconstruction of the prior condition of that same property — the finished photograph is real and unedited.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of photos you send us. By sending them you give us permission to use them to assess and carry out your job. We will not publish them without asking you first. Only upload photos you have the right to share.

Our content

The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Groundworks Pavers & Turf or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current. This does not affect any warranty we give you in writing for actual work performed.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Groundworks Pavers & Turf is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for work we actually perform under a signed estimate, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Brevard County, Florida.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
