The installation warranty
That's ours. It covers how the job was built — the base, the compaction, the edge restraint, the cuts, the pattern, the drainage fall. If something fails because of how it was put in, that's the installer's to answer for.
Workmanship warranty
A warranty is only worth what it actually says. So here's the whole thing in plain English — including the parts most contractors leave off their website.
The part nobody explains
They come from different people and cover different failures. Knowing which is which is most of the battle when something goes wrong.
That's ours. It covers how the job was built — the base, the compaction, the edge restraint, the cuts, the pattern, the drainage fall. If something fails because of how it was put in, that's the installer's to answer for.
That comes from whoever made the paver, the turf or the sealer, and it covers the product itself — structural integrity, and in most cases colour fade within stated limits. It's claimed through the maker, and we'll help you file it.
Installation coverage
These are the failures that trace back to how a job was built rather than to the materials or to what happened afterward.
Be wary of anyone who won't say this
None of these are installation defects, and no honest installer — or manufacturer — covers them. A company that implies otherwise is telling you what you want to hear.
Your side of it
Every workmanship warranty in this trade assumes the surface is looked after. None of this is onerous, but skipping it is the usual reason a claim gets declined.
If something's wrong
No portal, no form, no runaround. You call or text the same number you've had the whole time.
Call or text (321) 586-9227, or email us, with a couple of photos and roughly when you first noticed it. Photos save a trip and speed everything up.
We'd rather see it in person than argue about it over the phone. We'll tell you what caused it — including when the honest answer is that it isn't a workmanship issue.
If it's our installation, we put it right. If it's a product defect, we help you file the manufacturer claim, because we're the ones with the invoices and the batch information.
Whatever we find, you get the finding and what happens next in writing — so there's a record on your side, not just ours.

Questions
They're issued in writing with your completed job — that document is the one that governs, and it's specific to the work we did for you. This page explains how the coverage works; your paperwork is what states your terms. If you've misplaced it, ask us and we'll send another copy.
Ask us before you list, and we'll tell you plainly for your job. It's a common question when a home goes on the market and it's worth having the answer in writing to hand a buyer.
Almost certainly not. It's efflorescence: mineral salts working out of the concrete as it cures. It's a known property of new concrete pavers, it isn't a manufacturing fault, and it typically clears within the first year or can be removed with a cleaner made for it. Ask us before you attack it with anything harsh.
It depends entirely on why. Base or compaction failure is a workmanship issue. Settlement from an irrigation leak washing out material underneath, or from a vehicle far heavier than the surface was built for, isn't. That's exactly what the site visit is for — and we'll tell you which it is either way.
Keeping the surface sealed on the interval we give you is part of maintaining it. Sealing is what protects the joints and slows UV fade, so letting it lapse for years and then reporting joint or colour problems weakens the claim. Ask us for your surface's interval — it isn't the same for every job.
We can't warrant someone else's base — we can't see it, and we don't know what's under there. We can absolutely clean, seal and repair existing work, and we'll tell you up front what we can and can't stand behind on it.
